The location is fantastic! So close to shopping, underground, and restaurants! We had some questions and the management the team responded quickly. Beds were comfortable and it was comfortable for a group of 9 (4 adults and 5 children).
Would have preferred a self-check in rather than having to wait for someone to bring us the key. However, those who showed up with the key were prompt and you do need an explanation of how to use some stuff, which we eventually got. More towels and washcloths (versus hand towels) would have been helpful! Upstairs bathroom floor was not clean, but we found supplies to take care of it.
