Beautiful, impeccably clean, spacious and elegantly furnished apartment, with an exceptionally high-end kitchen and bathroom. The housekeeping team was outstanding, and the location is absolutely fantastic. We loved our stay and only wished we could have stayed longer. It truly felt like a home away from home.
Sometimes it was difficult to reach reception or obtain assistance, as phone calls were not always answered. The shower control was also a little difficult to turn to activate the water, although this was only a minor detail. There were building works next door during our stay, but again, this was not a major issue as these things do happen.

The location was wonderful and the apartment was perfect! It couldn't have been a better home base while visiting London.

The property is very close to a tube stop and several bus lines. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The apartment met all the needs of a family traveling with a child.
The couch and sitting chair in the living room were not very comfortable, but they were fine.

Location. Space and layout of the apartment.
Check in and out a fair distance from apartment. The lift wasn't working and we were on the 2nd floor (third floor for Americans) so getting luggage up and down was difficult. And inconvenient for daily use. I expected a discount on the stay but was never offered. Nor was any apology. Quite disappointing.
