We loved everything about Sunnyside Nest.
That one tub up stairs and the fact that there were no soaps.

This is a lovely house in a safe, diverse, walkable neighborhood. It's a short drive to the Takoma Metro Station. It's easy to find street parking. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils.
It's an older home which gives it character, but also means that it comes with all the typical older home quirks like squeaky floors. But I wouldn't let that hold you back, it's just part of the charm. The parking in the back is suited for smaller cars.
