Park-like neighborhood near Downtown Silver Spring and DC, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Kitchen stocked with the basics for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Clean with easy self check-in/checkout. One of the guests accidentally broke a glass, and the host was very accommodating (did not demand immediate replacement). Overall, the place is very nice, and the host was very responsive.
No access to additional linens (1 extra blanket, 2 bath towels per bedroom, 4 washcloths in each bathroom, and access to a W/D is minimal) or daily cleaning supplies (no brooms, wipes, sprays, etc). Tight parking (will improve when driveway expansion is completed). Other things that might be helpful are a basic first aid kit and a welcome binder with guidance, which we have appreciated in other places.
