It was so comfortable,clean and nice place to stay.
We requested for a bit early checking in, as I was accompanied by my kids, however, the owner didn’t allow and was very very strict to the rules. I understand that the checkin time is given, however, there is factor of being a good host and good human and sometimes can agree on early checked in. Me and my kids wait until checkin time meet. Very disappointed with this.

Easy check-in, easy checkout. The staff was very responsive through messages. The cleaning lady came every day.
There were some bugs in the bathroom, specifically the bathtub, but nothing too much.

Wir haben jedes noch so kleine Detail sehr geschätzt. Es gab Extras, die nicht in der Liste standen und uns sehr positiv überrascht haben. Die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze ein wahrer Segen. Ein äußerst schönes und sauberes Hotel – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Lage in der Nähe der Weinberge und der Heurigen ist sehr schön.
Dass es kein deutschsprachiges Personal gab, fand ich sehr schwierig. Bei mir gab es ein Problem und niemand verstand mich. Musste dann mit den Angestellten über’s Handy kommunizieren, beziehungsweise übersetzen. Auch hat es tagsüber keine Ansprechpersonen.
