De locatie aan de rand van Wenen in het wijngebied met een goede bereikbaarheid van Wenen centrum met het openbaar vervoer.
Het hotel etaleert 4 sterren, maar maakt dit niet waar. Verlaten indruk: receptie is niet bemand, communicatie alleen via Whatsapp. Schuifdeuren entree werken niet, tuin - terras wordt niet onderhouden etc. De accommodate: De kamer is ruim, maar vloerbedekking, gestoffeerde zitbank zijn bevlekt, muren beschadigd. Afzuiging badkamer werkt niet of slecht, koelkastje koelt niet. Badkamer is ruim, maar douche cabine niet, smoezelig plastic douchegordijn plakt tegen je lijf bij het douchen. Reparaties douche en verlichting kamer opgelost met goedkope oplossingen. Bed en handdoeken gelukkig wel schoon. Het dagelijks opruimen van de kamer, vervangen van handdoeken & bedlinnen, het aanvullen van koffie en thee, moet jezelf om vragen en bewaken, kun je niet blind op vertrouwen. Reactie op vragen via Whatsapp is wel vriendelijk.
