Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, dotati di cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, lavastoviglie e frigo. La struttura dispone anche di lavanderia. La posizione è davvero ottima. La metro U3 (che porta in centro) e la fermata del tram 49 sono praticamente davanti.
Purtroppo al nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà legate al check-in. La struttura non ha una reception e gli uffici di sabato e domenica sono chiusi. Al numero verde ci ha risposto un ragazzo che a nostro parere non ha gestito la situazione nel giusto modo. Avendo prenotato con Booking avevamo già pagato la camera ma durante la procedura di check-in si richiedeva l’inserimento della carta per proseguire. Il risultato è stato che risultava un ulteriore addebito dell’importo della camera a carico nostro. Il ragazzo che ci ha risposto non è stato cordiali e non ci ha rassicurati in merito alla situazione. Abbiamo dovuto contattare gli uffici via mail ma ci hanno risposto solo lunedì mattina rassicurandoci (per fortuna) che ci avrebbero rimborsato uno dei due importi.

Habitación nueva. Cama grande y muy cómoda. Sofá cama también muy cómodo. Dos almohadas por persona. Muchas toallas. Dejan cada día cápsulas de café y te cuando hacen la habitación. Al lado de la estación de metro y tranvía. También hay supermercado cerca.
El proceso de checkin puede ser algo complicado si no te manejas con la tecnología. No hay recepción, es auto checkin.
