The apartment is small, but very well equipped with quality appliances and furnishings. The balcony is a plus. Everything is spotless. There is a Woolworths supermarket just next door and it's only a couple of minutes walk to the promenade. Excellent location. Very safe entry system and Turnkey staff are great.

The collection of the key went will, only a 15 min wait. The host also went out of his way to assist with a pair of second keys and getting us some hangers.
There is no airconditioning! This is the only reason why we would not book the property again. With Cape Town being a city that can be hot or cold this is something that a travellers does not expect to be without. The rest of the facilities are great.

Location was excellent
1. Appalling book in process. Wasted an hour of my time on a 24hr medical business trip trying to get access to the apartment. The delay cost me 500USD because I had to cancel an in-person patient consultation.
2. The apartment is very hot and has no air conditioning. The street below was extremely noisy so leaving doors/windows opened was not ideal.
3. No WiFi. Code promised and never sent.
