déçue par la non prise en charge de la fuite qui nous a obligé de manger à l'extérieur

emplacement bien situé mais pas hyper centre comme indiqué

fuite d'eau dans la cuisine signalée dès notre arrivée mais aucune intervention pour l'arrêter malgré des relances, ce qui nous a empêché d'utiliser correctement la cuisine et a majoré le coût de notre séjour

appartement bien situé mais standing de la cuisine pas au niveau.

L'appartement est assez grand et bien situé.

Le volet de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, nous étions dans le noir et la machine à laver la vaisselle non plus. Nous avons prévenu la conciergerie mais nous n'avons eu aucun retour.

Un peu moins bien pour : - son système conciergerie essentiellement basé sur le livret d'accueil (quelques questions pratiques répondues tardivement voire pas de réponse si hors demande standard) - manque voilages sur baies (pas mal de vis à vis) - linge de maison : -nombre serviettes de bain suffisant mais 1 seul torchon (pour 6 personnes + 2 enfants) -draps = alèses coton
