The location. The flat is compact and a lot of thought given. The host Irene was exceptional in her communication. Therefore the price of the stay was justified.
This is personal preference. I hadn’t realised the access and I ought to have checked - the stairs to the flat were difficult as both myself and my husband have mobility issues so we struggled. The bed wasn’t comfortable but again this is personal preference. The only none ‘personal preference’ (criticism) is that the area near to the windows was very draughty but that’s probably to do with the weather when we stayed.

Everything as described. Nice little touches with the toiletries and slippers.
What I read in the description was what I got.
Host was very polite & quick with responses when I was messaging with questions.
Thankfully no surprises. Nothing bad to report
