The key box was stuck and difficult to open. It took us long to open the key box In the cold hard winter

All the little extras. Lovely hamper which we couldn't use all of it as only staying one night and were flying home with only hand luggage. The dressing goes and slippers were a real treat too as were all the extras in tbcaravan meaning we dust have to buy anything which is such a bonus when you are flying in.
This wasn't a major issue and probably would have been sorted if we had arrived earlier but the radiators weren't warm. Water was lovely and hot, and the beds were really warm too.. we didn't call the host as we were out at a party for the night, so we coped, but im sure it would have been fixed if we had called.
