We had everything we could possibly need and more, truly thought of everything. We had our dog and it was perfectly set up for him too. Anything I forgot the property had which was great being a very forgetful person! It was so clean, the host was lovely and welcoming as well as accommodating! We loved the late check out option. We had such a great time that we plan to make it a yearly trip. It was lovely and warm as well! Having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. We were so shocked about the amount of seating space too, so comfortable! Really can’t say enough good things about this place.

At the start no WiFi was slightly difficult trying to book things as service is bad too however we ended up loving that there was no WiFi after as we took time to figure out the CD player and played so many CD’s and played games and were present. So refreshing to switch off, I would advise pre booking activities/dinner reservations 1 for lack of signal but also because very busy and hard to get in places last minute.

Best of this trip to UK, even better than Holiday Inn. Clean and warm decorations, easy to find, easy to accomodate, full of snacks by owner, thank you, next time I will check in again and bring you some gifts.

Everything was perfect. I personally think the design team and the providers have travelled a lot, and with each experience they noted what makes an accommodation truly great. It feels like they gathered all those ideas and included every single one in this place. I can’t believe how clean, tidy, beautiful, and comfortable it was. I’ve stayed in five‑star hotels, and even in those you usually find something missing — but here, they genuinely thought of everything. They even provided a complimentary basket, which was such a thoughtful touch and really nice to see. I hope the team decides to open similar resorts across the UK and maybe even create a training programme to teach other accommodation providers how to deliver this level of quality.

You provide so many great amenities — please update the facilities section on Booking.com. The pictures don’t reflect how good the accommodation actually is. Please use a wide‑angle lens for the rooms, turn on the lamps, and take new photos. It would also help to add photos of some of the small details you’ve included, like the beautiful curtains, the movie discs, or the board games — at least a few of them. It’s a shame that the current photos don’t represent how beautiful this accommodation truly is.

Everything, the caravan was so lovely that we could not believe it. A fantastic experience we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the welcome basket it made us feel as if we were welcome by our family. Your place is lovely clean and organized , it shows that love and thoughtfulness is put into every aspect and guests’ needs. Thank you Angie for such a lovely and unforgettable holiday stay.
