Great location close to Aviemore but in a quiet area. Very clean, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice and warm. Nice seating area outside to enjoy the sunshine and the peaceful atmosphere.

The house was well equipped, comfortable, and cozy. The perfect location for dog walks in the woods and exploring the Cairngorms. We especially appreciated the fire, Bluetooth ceiling speakers, and pizza recommendation. The Osprey coffee shop does great coffee too!
No complaints from us, worked perfectly for us two + our two pups. The second bedroom would be tight for two adults but fine for kids or a short stay.
