Condo in a private residence with pool

It is a studio apartment in a quiet residential complex. The owner provided very clear instructions to access the property and the apartment has nearly everything you might need for a short stay.

Quite hard to find a parking spot in the street and cars are not allowed into the complex. A coffee machine or French press would have been nice additions and a couple of bowls or an extra mug to drink out of and a couple of big spoons.The a/c works well but the roller blinds don’t seem to work so it is not possible to have a dark room for sleeping at night in the summer. But still good value for money.

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely stunning location, quiet area, exactly what we were looking for and more. Close to the airport, transport links are fab for visits to local villages and Nice Centre. Everything we could have hoped for and more. Or first Airbnb holiday and would definitely look at doing this again. Our hosts were extremely helpful, very accommodating and offered advice on places to visit. Could not ask for more helpful hosts. Amazing pool at the property, small club house, which was very reasonable. Secure site, which gives peace of mind. Will most definitely be looking book again in the future and highly recommend this property for anyone looking at Nice.
