Big House - Parking Privée - Piscine - Wifi - tout équipée

Ens ha encantat el fet que hi hagi piscina. Ideal per nens i adults. És una casa gran perfecta per anar amb grup amb tots els complements de cuina i lavabos.

Que no hi hagi aire acondicionat, vàrem agafar una onada de calor i va ser molt incòmode, vam passar moltíssima calor. Tampoc no ens va agradar el fet que hi ha molt poca llum sobretot al pis d baix i jardí.

Bon emplacement à proximité du centre de carcassonne ainsi que de la cité. Le nombre de chambre (6) et de SDB (3).

Logement nécessitant une remise à niveau global. Lampes grillée, pathére arraché, carrelage cuisine décollé, Un desencombrerment, un rangement, et un nettoyage de la dépendance/lingerie qui est dans un état déplorable. Concernant la piscine, dès le lendemain de mon arrivé, il m'a fallu faire un nettoyage approfondi du filtre en suivant les préconisations du fournisseur. Il apparait que cette opération qui doit être effectué 1 à 2 fois par saison,selon le fabricant, n'a pas était éffectuée depuis plus d'une saison. Ceci est à l'image du non suivi d'entretient chronique de ce logement. Pour finir une climatisation serait necessaire, bien que ce logement de type ancien comportant des murs épais.

Super bien très agréable et bien situé.

It was close to Place de Carnot. Instructions for accessing the property were good. It was a big villa with plenty of space.

The swimming pool went green two days into our stay and the pool maintenance did not come out to the villa as promised. The kitchen seriously lacked cooking utensils, glasses and the crockery was chipped, one tea towel only provided, dish washer did not clean the dishes. Upstairs bathroom shower collected water and did not drain. The villa is in need of maintenance. It is in a poor state of repair and the photos online are not a true reflection.
