Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und das Viertel ideal für uns.
Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und Blue Note eine Musikbar. Check-in war absolut problemlos. Alles hat gut geklappt
Leider war eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken defekt und dadurch nicht nutzbar.
Wir hatten zum Glück ein zweites.
Ein Techniker wurde beauftragt, aber unser Aufenthalt war schon vorüber.

Buena comunicación de transporte público para llegar al centro. A menos de 10 min andando hay una parada de metro y a 2 min una parada de tranvía así que es fácil llegar al centro en transporte público. Está al lado del cementerio monumental así que se puede visitar también.
La habitación (cama etc) es cómoda y está limpia.
El baño. La ducha y el lavabo huelen un montón a tubería. El plato de la ducha estaba un poco sucio, creo que se podía quitar perfectamente frotando un poco con estropajo, creo que ha sido un poco de dejadez. El desagüe de la ducha no traga lo suficiente mientras te estás duchando.

I had a lovely stay at this apartment. The hosts were always available and responsive — it was incredibly convenient, and every question or request was handled quickly and kindly. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the location is perfect, and the public transport connections make it easy to get anywhere in the city.
There are just a couple of things I would like to mention for future improvement. First, the common issue in many apartments: the water drainage in the bathroom is not ideal. The drain seems to be partially clogged, so the water goes down quite slowly. Second, the kitchen has a coffee machine with capsules prepared, which is a very nice touch — but unfortunately, the machine barely works. It drips coffee drop by drop, and I wasn’t able to make myself a proper morning coffee.

Iy was close to bus.
It was not a apartment. It was 2 rooms that where rented out in a apartment with a shared kitchen. They had one room with bathroom add one bathroom in hallway.
The place was dirty with plastic chairs.
