Terrible, terrible, terrible; never again and would never recommend!

Location

No heat, no hot water. I had to clean out the vacuum cleaner and remove the carpet brush to remove clogged hair and string/yarn. The washing machine would not drain and wet clothes had to be removed into plastic bags and taken offsite to finish washing and draining. Also there was black mould within the rubber gasket which I tried to remove with tissue. I had to boil water to wash dishes. I have photos. They had a plumber come in but the heat and water issue resolved for only two days before it all quit again! I left earlier than the planned departure date to get better accommodations and I told them of this.

Well worth a visit to this gorgeous property and town

Size of property was brilliant. Amenities available completed surpassed expectations and everything we needed for our trip was there. All the rooms were immaculate and spacious and the bedrooms were ideal and again, spacious. Decorated nicely and had a personal, home from home feel, which made us feel welcome straight away. Requested a later check out for 12, which they agreed to after checking with housekeeper, so very accommodating. Location is amazing, close to town centre (3-5min walk) and plenty of places to visit, which they advised us of in the guest book in the property. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect for our short trip to Minehead.

Our first time to Somerset and Devon which were drop dead gorgeous and Minehead turned out perfect.

Breakfast was not included, but the rooms and location were spot on. Very comfortable for the three of us. Very nice living room to gather together and chat. Just a beautiful part of England!

I could be a lot skinnier and the shower could be a wee bit larger.

Great location and space, let down by cleanliness and overall condition

A great space in a location that works well, close enough to the beach for little people but far enough away so it's away from the busyness of town.

The apartment wasn't clean, with food residue in 2 cupboards, black mould in the moisture drain in the fridge, marks on one of the bed sheets. The general condition was shabby and unloved, with paint splatter on several floors and in the bath, a corner post from the kitchen units was detached and left on the kitchen worktop when we arrived, door closer failed and fell as we entered the flat.
