Vi kunne ikke få nøglen da koden ikke virkede. Måtte ringe til udlejer, og det viste sig at være et problem længe fra udlejers side. Stolene var noget ustabile

Great location. Spacious, clean and comfortable flat for a short stay for two friends.
There was confusion regarding access to the property as the management company sent an access code 24 hours prior to our trip. We assumed this was a key code access however, on arrival, there was no key safe located outside the property. I called the company and eventually got through. They explained that the key needed to be collected from a nearby shop on presentation of the access code 'as per the email instructions '. Unfortunately, the email wasn't sent until 10am on our day of travel and I did not have a mobile signal to access this. I feel that it would be more logical/helpful if this information had been communicated at the same time/along with the access code i.e. 24 hours prior to travel.
