A clean place. I used the dry mode of AC to keep the room comfortable. It's not as terrible as mentioned in some comments.
I recommend the house keeper to change the old bed and materials.

Tutto perfetto, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile.
Prezzo molto economico per stare quasi al centro di bucarest.
Fermata dell'autobus a 2 minuti dall'appartamento che si presenta accogliente e provvisto di tutte le necessità.
Pulito, al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato i riscaldamenti già attivati.
Quartiere un po' particolare, mi hanno rubato il telefono.
Stanza al piano terra non troppo comoda ma ci si può benissimo passare sopra per il rapporto qualità prezzo.
La pulizia era più o meno buona.

central location, very good value for money, detailed indications to find the apartment and the key, Wi-Fi code and appliances immediately visible, big bathroom, possibility to cook (will avail myself of it next time). The location is not far from a big boulevard, however car traffic noise is minimal. Based on other reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the apartment.
Perhaps add 1-2 pans for cooking, ideally a small expresso machine :-). The apartment is on the ground floor with a view on the parking lot only - no issue for an overnight stay though.

l’arredamento
freddissimo, la caldaia perdeva tantissima acqua, l’aria condizionata non riusciva a scaldare l’ambiente da quanto era freddo, il letto era duro e per metà sfondato, l’acqua sapeva di ruggine e c’era uno scarafaggio che girava…
