Pretty new hotel . But the most impressive part is people / staff . They are so nice to accommodate our request (asking to get quiet room / getting coffee into room , void the tax fee etc )

London Eye is an amazing hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. Extremely clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, tasty breakfast, and a smooth check in and check out process.

The staff are very helpful and warm. They are doing their best to help. However, the operation system, in particular the restaurant needs to improve. It just take too long to prepare the food but the quality of the food is excellent. The hotel should streamline the operation/production of the kitchen.
Attention should pay to the cleaning of the bathroom. The bathrooms in the family suite is not ideal. The bathing area is not cleaned. The bathroom is wore out every where from counter top to the floor. Can't believe the hotel has just been operating less than a year. The hotel should remodel the bathroom. It is wet through after taking the shower.
