    Overall cleanliness is good. Just a few I have to comment , regarding the Balinese spa the staff were not clear enough that both male and female staff will be going in together. We are not comfortable to have another male presence in the room other than my husband, and they didn’t communicate to us in proper. Another thing to mention is, when the staff show us to the room he enter with shoes. As Asian we are always taught to not enter the house/room with shoes but I guess in this hotel is taught differently. The water pressure in the bathroom also is unstable when I try to tune it to hot water. And when we go to the hotel restaurant unfortunately one of the food has small hair inside. But other than these things mention it is alright

    Not recommended. Average rooms, dark and dated rooms, Will not give you room with good views even if it is available. Even bottle opener had to be asked and they want to take it back agar you open one soda or cold drink. More like 3 star place.
