The host was responsive. The unit is small, but clean and comfortable. It is advertised as lakefront and you can see the lake, but the home is on the opposite side of the road from the lake. We were there during Cornell graduation so rate was extremely high for the value of the property. If you are looking for something remote, cozy with a view of a small lake, this unit might be for you.
It is a 30-minute drive to Ithaca and 15-minute drive to Watkins Glen from the property. No stores nearby. Limited AT&T cell service near the property. No dishwasher. King bedroom has no closet, but there are shelves and a hanging rack. Second bedroom is bunk beds.
