The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets (it was very chilly when we were there), and kitchen utensils. Lots of room, and centrally located on the Seneca Wine Trail. We had a very fun few days there.

The check-in process was a little challenging because I had to contact Evolve to ask for the instructions as we were pulling up but I received them right away when I asked.The kitchen was great and had everything we needed.

This location was great for exploring Lake Seneca, vineyards, Geneva, Watkins Glen. We had only a few days but could get anywhere easily from here. House is huge! Set up what you would expect from an older home with bathroom not connected to bedrooms. House had all provisions we needed and Joe, the house manager was extremely responsive and friendly.

First impression pulling in was lots of space for vehicles . We had three couples with three vehicles so it was nice that there was plenty of space . There is a run down shack in the driveway that is super sketchy looking and kind of reminds you of a shack that would be on horror movie . Also some extra little rooms that aren’t very useful or secure and kind of sketchy as well so bringing children with I would be careful they don’t wonder due to safety reasons. Check in instructions were very clear and house was easy to get into . Very spacious and except for Kitchen . Knobs on stove are not correct or very worn because the stove is very hard to turn off all the way . It looks like they are all off but the gas was still coming out and I could hear it even taking the knob off and adjusting it . One burner did not ignite on its own. They have The bigger table in the middle of the room of the kitchen which in the listings picture it looks very roomy but with everyone sitting at it, it is not . Yes you have the overflow dining room but we all like to enjoy playing board games and stuff and In The listing pictures it shows enough room for six people at the table but there was no bench seat like in the photos so half the time two of us had to stand . When renting a place I always make sure we have a very nice tub to soak in a relax. There was a nice tub but dirty and jets were very scummy**** review wont allow me to put everything I want ……………only 1500 character allowed…………….
