We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this property and the amenities it offered. A unique home with plenty of space to relax, inside and out, as well as more than adequate space for dining, sleeping, activities etc. We were a group of 5, one couple and 3 singles. The bedrooms and baths were well stocked with towels and extra linens. Loved that the home had a huge mudroom, drop zone and laundry area. And parking, this trip we were travelling in 2 dually extended cab trucks, the first night we also had our 24 ft trailer with us, and we had more than enough parking space. This is awesome! So many rental properties have minimal parking that makes it difficult for large groups with multiple families or large vehicles to have adequate parking space, not here. It was perfect! Also, thank you Joe for your timely responses to our questions. If our travels ever bring us back to the area we will definitely be looking you up for our accommodations. P.S. We also loved that every couch and bed had an extra throw or blanket.

We enjoyed the very spacious house located in a quiet area close to Seneca lake.
, finger lakes national forest and wineries.
The house had a nice deck to sit out on and could often see Amish horse carriages
trotting by.
A large yard which our dogs enjoyed.

Very spacious and welcoming space with several common areas. The house was clean and close to several attractions. There is a grocery store just 5 mins from the house so it was very convenient for times we decided to stay in and make our own meals. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious home in a very nice and quiet country setting. Plenty of outdoor space for lawn games and dog walking. Our host Joe was very responsive and attentive. With a short distance to Sampson State Park (walking, bike riding) and Seneca lake winery trail (if you’d want to try them all in one day, you’ll need a designated driver) there’s plenty to do. Highly recommend this home!
