Dans l’ensemble, bel hôtel qui bénéficie d’un superbe emplacement. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est agréable, mais manque de variété à mon goût : principalement sucré, sans véritable option salée, et uniquement du thé (pas de café proposé). Du coup, affaire de goût. Séjour globalement positif, mais quelques points à améliorer.
En revanche, la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer : présence de cheveux dans la douche, évacuation lente et poussière visible. C’est vraiment dommage au vu du potentiel de l’hôtel, ceci a diminuer notre confort global. Attention également : les transports organisés par le riad vers la gare ou l’aéroport sont des services privés. Si vous ne précisez pas que vous souhaitez un taxi classique, le tarif sera plus élevé.

Riad super bien placé ! Petite dédicace à Wiam, qui fait les meilleurs thés de Marrakech ! Ne passez pas à côté de son couscous !
