Enrique, the guy who lives there is super awesome. Wants to help you find things to do, wants to hear about your day, etc.
The kitchen is lovely and we saved a lot of money cooking.
It is SO clean. Truly SO SO clean they do a great job and get a cleaning service in regularly.
The location is awesome and such a quick walk from the metro - Estrella station
The room is a tiny bit too small to fit 2 suitcases comfortably. The bed only has one blanket and we ended up buying another from primark. The bed is quite hard and noisy if you roll over. You will not fit on the bed in this room if you are over 6 feet tall, because there is a wall on both ends. The walls are thin and there is lots of sneezing, but otherwise very quiet, no traffic or talking in the night.
