Elenor was great the second day she got it the breakfast and was very helpful. The first day there was not hardly anything to eat for breakfast.
No breakfast the first day we stayed. Staff not helpful.

The girl that worked in the evening was so sweet and sincere
Stink bug infestation, housekeeping was not good, and the temperature control in the room was all over the place with the place unit.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The rooms and hotels was very quiet and the rooms super clean (aside from the musty smell). A staff member had to use Febreeze and we saw drier sheets inside the AC?? Weird
The breakfast was very cheap and the coffee was poor.
Some of our rooms smell musty-must it was extremely clean.
We had a transformer issue and the lights went off-no AC for two hours!
The staff was very limited. Only ONE person in the premises to help with AC issue.
