    So being a person that is going through a very hard time with having to live in our car without food a bed or a shower at our convenience due to the unfortunate situation of losing our house to a fire almost a year ago those things are something you don't realize how fortunate it is to have until you lose it and not having the financial assistance to be able to get a room for a night or two just to be able to get out of the car and lay down in a bed and take a shower when I am able to afford it the last thing I wanna do when I check in to my room is be completely side blinded with being told there's a ***$ charge for your pet when there is absolutely nothing that states there is a ***$fee .. until you get there and the person at the front desk decide to show you a small sign that they flipped around to show you trying to explain that they are in the wrong and shouldn't be any charges for my service animal!!!!!! Also when it says there is a free breakfast an there isn't anything to eat in the morning nor is there any coffee until the morning nothing.... Asking for a quiet room and being put next to somebody else room that are very loud having a shower with no hygiene products soap conditioner etc but it's the only place I can afford to go I like this app though being a first time user of it I like it

    Not so white towels, holes in the bedspread, front desk staff not very friendly/ helpful. Should have spent another $20-30 and stayed somewhere else. 👎🏼
