Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, Wohnungen umgeben von Olivenhain, ruhig und entspannend. Schöne kleine Terrasse mit Grill. Klimaanlage in Ordnung. Guter Kontakt zur Verwaltungsfirma vor Ort.
Aufgrund der Lage ist ein Auto erforderlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig (Geschir setzte sich zusammen aus Restbeständen, kein Schüssel, Topf musste mit Nachbarwohnung geteilt werden). Verschiedene Defekte wie gebrochene Nachtischlampe, Halter des Duschkopfs gebrochen,
