Apartment was modern and comfortable with all necessary stuff including. Location was good, close to city center.

We had to wait about 1 hour outside at -5 degrees Celsius before the apparent been cleaned and ready for check in. There were no reaction and no explanations from the owners or responsible staff. No answer to my messages at all.

Hard to locate building even with maps. WiFi did not work at all. The checkin procedure was a little difficult online on checkin day, especially when traveling and required data.

Great location with great views, easy contactless checkin and the apartment was very nice and comfortable. Only stayed here 1 night but wish we had stayed longer.

Apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Shower stall was a bit small. And this is not a complaint but wish there was some hooks over the door to hang clothes and towels

Für die Durchreise zu empfehlen. Einen Urlaub würden wir hier nicht verbringen wollen.

Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Teilweise Wohnungen zur Miete aber auch viele Bewohner welche dort richtig wohnen.

Es war sehr gut und angenehm!

Das Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber. Möbel ist gut und gute Lage.

Bei der Ankunft statt für fünf Personen war es für vier Personen vorbereitet das ist zwar Kleinigkeit, aber ein bisschen ärgerlich. Da wir keine Bettwäsche dabei gehabt haben, mussten wir improvisieren. Und vielleicht keine Spülmaschine aber das ist ja Kleinigkeit.

Die Schlafcouch ist in die Jahre gekommen, und nicht mehr voll funktionsfähig. Eine Seite ist immer nach unten geklappt. Stellplätze waren vor allem mit Schnee nicht alle benutzbar.

Tolle Betten / Matratzen, tolles Sofa

Kein Tisch am Sofa - mussten Küchentisch als Ersatz verwenden Keine Kleiderbügel und leider keine Möglichkeit, Kleider, Anzug mit Bügel aufzuhängen. Empfehlen, einfach mobile Gaderobenstange mit Rollen ins Schlafzimmer zu stellen. Wegen dieser beiden fehlenden Punkte nur 8 von 10 Punkte vergeben.

Posizione centrale. Zona tranquilla, appartamento carino. Proprietari disponibili tramite chat per eventuali domande. Ottimo per chi vuole gestire il proprio soggiorno in autonomia.

Il letto potrebbe essere più comodo, e consiglierei anche di aggiungere qualche ingrediente base per la cucina (olio, sale, zucchero) così che gli ospiti possano usufruire della cucina senza dover comprare una bottiglia intera di olio che non potrebbero comunque portarsi poi via.

Posizione comoda e facile da trovare (basta seguire le indicazioni che arrivano nel pdf dopo il checkin online e il gioco è fatto) ;) Per due persone la camera era perfetta e aveva tutto il necessario, pulita e confortevole, a due passi da ristoranti, pasticcerie e panifici del centro paese. Rapporto qualità/prezzo difficile da battere ;)

La caldaia al nostro arrivo era spenta e abbiamo atteso una notte perchè l'acqua si riscaldasse. Per il resto tutto ok.

Das Apartment wirkt (nur) auf den ersten Blick neu, modern und sauber. Der Check-in war gut organisiert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren bereitgelegt.

Leider mangelt es an funktionaler Ausstattung und Wohnkomfort: Es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten zur Aufbewahrung persönlicher Gegenstände – weder Schränke noch Ablagen. Im Bad fehlen Haken für Handtücher. Neben dem Bett gibt es Steckdosen nur an ungünstiger Stelle. Es gibt keinen Besen, keinen Wischmop, keinen Staubsauger. Der unprofessionell verlegte Boden knarrt an einigen Stellen sehr laut. Das Bett ist durchgelegen und knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die Wanduhr liegt mit leerer, entnommener Batterie auf dem Wohnzimmerschrank. Der Einbaukühlschrank ist stümperhaft verbaut. Reinigen sollte man die Wohnung auch an den Stellen, die man nicht auf Anhieb sieht, z.B. hinter der Couch. Technisch gibt es ebenfalls Mängel: Der Fernseher hat keinen Empfang und die WLAN-Verbindung funktioniert nur mit manchen Smartphones. Und die ausgestellte Rechnung stimmt nicht mit dem bezahlten Preis überein. Jeder darf sich selber darüber ein Urteil bilden. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend, aber zum längeren Verweilen oder Wohlfühlen nicht geeignet.

Alles war sehr neu und ordentlich. Der Check-In war sehr komfortabel und unkompliziert. Bettwäsche und Handtücher lagen bereit.

Trotz Nichtraucherunterkunft: es roch nach kaltem Rauch. Unangenehm. Es gab keinerlei Verstaumöglichkeit. Im Bad fehlte es an Haken für Handtücher. Die Lampe neben dem Bett war sehr dekorativ, leider fehlte eine Steckdose in der Nähe. Alles in allem wirkte es noch nicht fertig. Einige Dielen knarrten so laut, dass davon alle wach wurden. Schade. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen da, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen war es leider nicht.

Starker Rauchgeruch und schlechtes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis

Große Wohnung mit Balkon und relativ hell. Bitte unbedingt "was mir nicht gefallen hat" lesen.

Es hat alles sehr stark nach Rauch gerochen. Ich habe konstant die ganzen 5 Tage gelüftet. Ich habe den Pin für den Schlüsselkasten und das W-Lan Passwort erst nach Nachfragen / telefonieren bekommen (> 1h musste ich auf die Pin warten, PW erst am nächsten Morgen). Die Dame aus Deutschland war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die österreichische Nummer habe ich nicht erreicht. Trotzdem bringt es mir nichts, wenn ich mich wegen des Rauchgeruchs bechwere und mir gesagt wird, das passiert halt manchmal, wenn Gäste sich nicht an die Regeln halten. Die Qualität der Wohnung und Möbel ist für den Preis nicht angemessen. Das Bett ist durchgelegen, kaputt in der Mitte und riecht stark nach Rauch. Es gibt keine Schränke zum Aufhängen der Kleidung. Und dann war die Wohnung auch nicht ganz sauber. Ich empfehle, eine Buchung zu vermeiden, wenn man andere Alternativen hat.

Check in waar het is het was, gewoon allemaal appartementen voor Poolse medewerkers die ergens anders werkten Gelukkig hadden we een Telefoonnummer met een hele aardige mevrouw die ons goed bijstond. Geen juiste pincode voor de sleutels. moeilijk te vinden waar de accommodatie is de bewoners in de omgeving konden het niet. Wiffi code totaal onvindbaar gelukkig konden we mevrouw diverse malen bellen om het voor elkaar te krijgen. Heel veel dank aan deze mevrouw.
