Whether you’re hiking, biking, or simply enjoying the view—here you’re right in the heart of the mountains, the Lech River, and everything that makes the outdoors so special.

• 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 180 × 200, 2 single beds 90 × 200)—each with its own TV
• Cozy living area with a pull-out couch (160 × 200 cm), an inviting window seat, and a TV
• Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and coffee maker
• High-quality bathroom with a barrier-free walk-in shower and natural stone sink

• Patio with patio furniture and direct access to the garden
