About this apartment rental
This beautiful, newly renovated vacation rental, nestled in the heart of nature, invites you to relax and unwind. With its rustic charm and perfect amenities, you can enjoy a wonderful vacation here. The rental features a huge garden and, as the name suggests, a stream that runs behind the house. A friendly beaver makes sure the stream has plenty of water. The garden faces south, so you can count on sunshine all day long.
The three bedrooms, each with a raised double bed, ensure a restful night’s sleep after an eventful day in the Allgäu. You can also forget all your everyday worries in the bathtub and completely unwind. Thanks to the house’s very quiet, secluded location, you can listen to the birds singing and enjoy your breakfast in the fully equipped, modern kitchen.
The cozy, rustic living room is equipped with a tiled stove that you can heat yourself. There’s also a wide selection of games and books available for you to wind down with in the evenings.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail awaits you right behind the house. This means you can start your tour right from the apartment. The trail covers a total of 25 kilometers. There’s also a ski lift in Roßhaupten for your children, which is perfect for beginners.
You can park right next to the apartment; there are 3 parking spaces available here.
If you’re arriving on a weekend or a holiday and aren’t able to shop for yourself, Roßhaupten offers a grocery delivery service. You can call the Hummel Grocery & Fresh Market no later than one day before your arrival to place your order. You’ll pay the bill the next business day at Frische Markt Hummel.

Eine tolle Wohnung/ Haus mit großem Garten besonders für Familien in jeder Jahreszeit geeignet. Kinder können spielen und am Bach nach dem Bieber schauen.
Das Haus ist neu renoviert und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll abgestimmt und hat uns allen (7 Personen/ 3 Generationen) sehr gefallen. Alles ist vorhanden. Die Betten bequem. Sehr ruhig, außer Bieber und Katze keiner da.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.
Alle Mitarbeiterinnen der Ferienagentur Herrmann waren überaus freundlich und sind auf alle Wünsche sofort eingegangen.
Ein zusätzliches Bett wurde aufgestellt, der Fernseher sofort programmiert.
