The Old Smokehouse Central, Bohemian Room

Everything is absolutely tremendous in the room all amenities you will have at home are available in room, even down to fresh milk. Definitely recommend this stay absolutely the most comfortable stay my wife and I have had in any places we have stayed.100%

May I recommend that getting access to keys were a bit of a struggle but we eventually succeeded many thanks..

Perfect location, super comfortable bed and pet friendly!

The water pressure on the tap was quite weak and the small sink made washing dishes difficult.

bath plug didn't work, couldn't open the only openable window during a heatwave due to wasp nest nearby. not as clean as it should be, overstuffed with unnecessary furniture making the space cramped.

Central location. Parking free offsite and easy to find. Bed very comfortable. Nina who is from the agency supporting this accommodation communicated well when we had some initial problems and arranged for a handyman to rectify these next day. Useful to have fridge and it was fairly silent. Very near the ramparts so great for walking and views.

Access difficult. The lock box was difficult to open to get keys out. On the first night the bath plug did not work so not able to have a bath ( we booked this property as we like the occasional bath) and the toilet seat was not firmly fixed so dangerous as we slid off! Room far too cluttered and difficult to move around. The armchair and poufee and a chair took up a lot of space and can't see how it would be used. TV needed to be reset as said 'no signal'. Some milk saschets useful to get us started to have on arrival after a long drive. Seagulls very noisy. I thought they slept at night! Probably an issue throughouit Berwick. Stairs awkward with cases. We are in our 70's.
