T3 rénové, au calme, plein centre et climatisé

Very well designed, clean, equipped very well. Couldn't be more centric, easy to communicate with owner, such a pleasant stay. Wifi and aircon worked very fast and well, it's an old beautiful historic building.

It was so wonderful to stay in this little gem right into the centre of the old district of Montpellier. Everything is accessible on foot (NB: Pedestrian area). 5 minutes away from the Place de la Comedie where you can get any tram and do the shopping at Monoprix supermarket. You will be surrounded by restaurants! The hosts, Lucas and Valentine are charming and they let us leave the suitcases in the flat while they were preparing it and also at the end of our stay before we had to leave. That was really convenient. They were very responsive when we needed them. Thanks a lot. This 1st floor flat is furnished in a modern way and has all you need for a short stay - especially the air conditioning! Ensuite bathroom and separate WC. The shower was very good. Although you are right in the centre of Montpellier, the flat looks out onto a courtyard which is relatively quiet apart from the occasional noise coming out of the restaurants which seem to have an opening door onto the courtyard. Ideal for a couple. On this occasion, I went with a friend of mine (2 ladies). We will certainly return to this flat if we go back to Montpellier. We loved it!

Climbing to the second bedroom in the mezzanine is a little bit of a challenge with a very steep staircase lacking a step at the bottom. I would not recommend it for young children or elderly people. The ceiling height in the mezzanine is rather low (I would say 1.50m). You enter the flat through the balcony which is all around the courtyard. You cannot really use the balcony to relax or to have a drink. Overall, many more positive points than negative ones.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter Montpellier et très calme. Location spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous recommandons fortement. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très sympathique.

Una ubicación excelente en el centro de la ciudad, pero sin ningún tipo de ruido. Tiene todo lo necesario y es mucho más grande de lo que se anuncia. Las dos habitaciones estan separadas. Un apartamento muy nuevo y con mucho encanto. Fantástico.
