Welcome to the Hôtel de Ginestous, one of the most beautiful private mansions in Montpellier, built between the thirteenth and seventeenth centuries.
Come and experience an exceptional moment.
In the heart of the escutcheon, the bright duplex apartment is on the second and last floor.
You will taste the charm of the historic heart of Montpellier with its traditional stones in a place renovated with taste and passion.
Ideal to spend a few days in Montpellier on holiday or to come and work there.
You access the apartment through a small alley full of charm.
Push the impressive carriage porch, you discover the beautiful inner courtyard, where exhibitions sometimes take place.
Take the stairs that lead you to the apartment. There is no elevator.
The functional apartment awaits you at the end of the 2 floors. It combines the charm of old stone and the modernity of a recent renovation. As you enter, you arrive in the living room with a sofa for 3 people, an armchair and a 123cm flat-screen TV.
The large kitchen is particularly well equipped with a table for 4 people. At your disposal:
- A Smeg fridge for connoisseurs with freezer section
- 4 microwave hobs and a latest generation hood
- A fan oven
- A washing machine
- A Nescafé coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster
- A return bar
- ...
The sleeping area is upstairs. The 2 large bedrooms are equipped with a 140 x200 bed and a 160 x200 bed respectively. The bathroom is close to the bedrooms. It offers a bath and a shower. 1 toilet is available on each floor.
The apartment is equipped with ADSL, ideal for teleworking and network connections.
Arrival in the apartment is easy when you want thanks to the key box. We can also accommodate you on request.
You are only a three-minute walk from the Place de la Comédie and a six-minute walk from the Saint-Roch train station. All trams are nearby.
You are within walking distance of all the city's major monuments (Fabre Museum, the MOCO, the Peyrou Park, the Arc de Triomphe...).
Get lost in the cobbled and pedestrian streets of this old town. Tapas bar, wine bar and games bar make up the majority of them.
Included in the booking:
- the provision of all the accommodation and equipment
- free internet
- a welcome kit including everything you need to start your stay
- household linen (towels and bed linen). On arrival, the beds are made
- the end-of-stay cleaning (which does not replace regular maintenance of the accommodation)
On request, a cot with mattress can be made available to you
Out of respect for our neighbours, parties and birthdays are not allowed in the apartment. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
If you come home late, we also ask you to make no noise (noise of voices, rolling suitcases in the common areas, etc.).
