Das Appartement ist sehr schön hell und die Anlage ist Balkonseitig sehr gut gepflegt und Meerblick ist garantiert. Eine schöne Pinie spendet Schatten auf dem Balkon. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett.
Außerhalb der Anlage sind die Straßen sehr ungepflegt und es liegt eine Menge Müll herum. Das ändert sich glücklicherweise wenn man Richtung Stadt und richtig nächsten Kreisel geht. Ist bei nach Hause kommen aber durchaus unschön. Der Eingangsbereich des Appartements ist zum Teil durch Vögel stark verkotet und macht erstmal einen echt ekeligen Eindruck, was sich aber wahrscheinlich nur schwer ändern lässt.

The surrounding very nice, the playa del Christo beach is close. The terraze has sea view, the apartment is renovated and clean, there are new towels and linens, and everything you need in the kitchen, even washing machine.
It would be much better to get the keys at the apartment and not in an office, away from there. Coming from the airport who wants to leave the luggages in a taxi for to find the office and get the keys? Same the way back, I had to take a taxi from the apartment to the office and leave the keys. Then I had to book another taxi to Malaga airport.
And just saying, one of the paths up to the apartment is very challenging with luggages. I found the other way a bit better.
