The house was spacious and met our family's needs. The host treated us well. She made us feel at home by checking on us. Her staff were hospitable and friendly, and they went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The host was flexible with us and even offered us a few extra hours to plan our checkout, since our flight was several hours after the official checkout time. We would definitely want to come back and stay at Caja.
Nothing. We only have good memories of this place, and we would like to create more. We definitely recommend this apartment.

4 bedrooms and 5 beds was important for my stay. In addition, the location was excellent because it was easy access to the mall, food, and where my team and I traveled to.
The beds were not the most comfortable but as least the bedding was cleaned daily and toiletry was stocked daily. Jane took care of the apartment and kept it cleaned. It took a few days to identify how to turn on the hot water. My mistake for not asking at first.

I stayed in this apartment during my vacation and I was very happy with my experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with everything needed to feel at home. The location was great and made it easy to reach the main attractions.
The host was very kind and helpful, always available to assist and give useful advice. The check-in and check-out process was simple and smooth.

the location was convenient and area was secure
The equipments in the kitchen need to be improved especially the frying pans did not have handles and the spatulas were in poor condition.In the bathrooms some of the showers were not working properly and water from the tap was coming out very slowly. Hot water was only available in the showers and not in the taps. In addition pls have Arabic showers installed to take care of the different culture backgrounds. The house help needs to be more customer friendly and hospitable as she is the face of the business.
