The huge spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The beds are big and comfortable and each one of them is ensuite.

A little bit more of the kitchen ware like glasses would be good. A big mirror would be nice to have and the WiFi failed me for some days.

The apartment was clean, the caretaker was waiting for us and explained all that we needed to know. The apartment was even beyond what we expected. Follow-up queries were answered immediately. The location was also great.

The apartment building is relatively new, so some construction flaws were noticed which is also typical for such a new high-rise building (and which is beyond the control of the apartment owner). For instance: Hot water didn't flow well from the hot water heater to the master's bathroom; water leakage through the ceiling in the bathroom of the master bedroom, coming from the neighbour above; and faucets were not tightly secured. However, these can be easily be fixed, except for the leakage in the ceiling which needs to be brought to the attention of the upper-neighbour and the building association and maintenance team before it's getting worse.
