Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We booked a two-night stay, but the air conditioner in our room was not working on the first night. We informed the hotel immediately, and while they provided a fan and said a technician would check it, the room remained too warm to sleep comfortably.
As the issue could not be resolved, we decided to check out one day early. Unfortunately, we were not offered a refund for the unused night despite the inconvenience. We appreciate the staff's effort to assist, but we hope the hotel will improve its maintenance and customer service, especially when guests experience issues that significantly affect their stay.

Tidak sepatutnya beroperasi sekiranya sedang revovation. Is menyebabkan habuk dan nampak kotor dan serabut. Bilik saya ok cuma menyeramkan dan katil sebelah nampak berhabuk, mujurlah anak-anak tidak jadi ikut.
