Calla Lily Hotel

Location was great. Walking distance to the main part of Sa Pa town but removed from the noise. Very close to a great banh cuon place. Staff was very kind.

Towels and sheets were a bit stained and one of the mattresses in my room was incredibly hard, even by Asian bed standards. You could feel the springs. The shower got cold after 5 minutes so I had a cold shower both morning and night. A bit disappointing because I had read great stuff about this hotel and was very excited to stay here!

Personnel incroyablement gentil et réactif. La chambre était propre mais petite pour 3 personnes avec 3 grands bagages. L’hôtel est très bien situé, pas très loin du centre et dans un endroit calme. Le seul problème était le chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas malgré sa mise en marche et il est vrai que nous avons eu très froid pendant la nuit. Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet établissement et globalement nous avons passé un séjour agréable mais si vous souhaitez y rester plus longtemps pensez à bien vérifier a ce que la chambre de l’hôtel que vous choisissez soit plus spacieuse.
