New hotel built in April 2026. Exceptional customer service Anna and Tom at reception were excellent, helped us with local cafes for good coffee and Banh Mi. Our room was exceptional, clean and a very comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom amazing, great shower and water pressure. Anna also helped us with late check out, a room for us to take a shower before we took our transfer to Lao Cai train station in the evening. It was only $30 AUD . Great value and service!!
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel and our stay.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were lovely. A great nights sleep after a tiring trek.
The location isn’t great. It’s at the top of Sapa town and is the only building open. Everything around it is shut or being built.
