The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. After about 30 minutes of trying to switch it to heating mode, it finally turned on, but it didn’t produce enough warmth for the apartment. It was also quite noisy, so I couldn’t leave it running at night, which made the stay rather cold overall. There was no toilet brush, and the towels, although washed, were still stained. Additionally, there was no detergent provided for the washing machine. We also found someone’s underwear left in the apartment, which clearly showed that a thorough cleaning hadn’t been done before our arrival.
