Le contact et les explications de Tiago, la proximité avec le front de mer, le côté cosy de l'appartement, la propreté irréprochable, le fait qu'on puisse se garer facilement dans la rue.
Le taux d'humidité dans l'appartement, dans l'immeuble, mais c'est assez courant visiblement.
