The location. It's near PNPA where we attended the Alumni Homecoming
First, the host did not communicate to us how to find the unit; room number and the like. I had to message her on the day itself. No wifi password given, I had to call her. And most of all, aircon was too noisy, we just had to use the fan.
Host needs a lot of things to learn about hospitality management. She needs to be more responsive to the needs of her guests.
