Everything, location, pub along the road. Beautifully kept garden and very private. Lucy the owner was lovely and we actually stayed an extra couple of days, which only enhanced our stay in Lynmas Cottage in Ashdon. Would highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike. Stairs are small amount but quite steep. However they are manageable and this is mentioned in the booking information. Elderly or infirm may not be able to use for this reason.

We loved everything about Lynmas. It’s exactly as described, really comfortable. The village was lovely and a perfect base for our break. The local pub was very friendly with great food. Supermarket within 10mins. Dog walks from the doorstep.

Fantastic, cosy cottage. Well equipped and furnished. The village was superb, with so many lovely dog walks close by. An easy walk to the pub that served exceptional food and made us very welcome to watch the six nations rugby in the snug.
We stayed to be close to family so plenty of parking for visiting family. Garden sunny and perfect for enjoying a glass or too even in March!
