- Responsive owners when we had issues getting access to the rooms in the house
- Kids loved the Harry Potter theme
- Cinema/games room
- Hot tub
- Great location, easy access to lovely town centre
We were lucky with the weather & could sit outside but we would have struggled with seating everyone indoors if it had been wet, it was also a fabulous characterful house with lots of unique features but the staircases were somewhat precarious.
- Small oven for the size of the property & number of people in our party
- Lack of recycling (or instruction on how to recycle)
- No parking at the property although we could park up briefly to unload/drop off my disabled Dad
- As others have commented, some of the beds & pillows need replacing
