The location is newly started agro tourism place with good food and stay and the views r awesome especially at sunrise. They r pet friendly and have their own restaurant, ATV ride for 450 /- per person and their own farm of vegetables, raw and purehoney ( 500+ for 500gm) and jamuns ( which they gave away for free). Staff was very friendly and they had two other dogs ....one of them being german shepherd. They also offered pet friendly cab for sightseeing costing around 3k /- per day depending on the location and duration. They will even make u devour local food and explain very well about mahabaleshwar and be ur guide too.

The place is off beat and located on a hill/ cliff When we came there was no waterfalls to enjoy and as it's summer, it's extremely hot weather and because it's on hill.....the way to reach there was trekking for around 1-2 km which was full of stones and mud ...and in between the way there were no stones sometimes and this is very discomfort especially for elderly or pregnant women. So I requested them to get this issue solved ASAP so they too can get more people booking their stay. Food could have been little better I feel. Rooms were smaller than expected but it was manageable and clean. There is no network up and they don't have WiFi. Only if u have jio or BSNL it works better only if u come out of the room. The main turn off was trekking up and trekking down from the stay especially when I fell sick on the 2 nd day and was unable to do so ....but I had no option. The pool was good location to enjoy the view. I suggest visiting the place in rainy season or winters than summers and only fit people who can trek 2 km up and 2 km down without any issues to book the stay.

The location is excellent and it was breezy outside. We spotted peacocks. The sunset sas beautiful. The furry friends were cute. The food was awesome. The staff Mayuresh is a genuine person who was prompt in every action. Breakfast items were plenty and all were tasty.

the decend downhill was a bit tricky. Two of us fell while getting down. It would be nice if there were steps. The rooms were not equipped with toothbrush and paste. Two rooms had no towels but they were delivered when asked. The pool water was dirty and should ne maintained. They should add more light in the room. Also the windows had no net and mosquitoes were entering. We had to close the window but it became a bit hot in the room. The curtains were not dark in two room so bright sunlight did not let us sleep in the morning.
