Nilgiri Villa with Swimming Pool

Our stay at this 4 BHK Nilgiri garden villa was truly relaxing and refreshing. The villa offers a perfect combination of peace, comfort, and a homely vibe. Surrounded by a small yet beautiful garden, it creates a calm and soothing atmosphere where you can truly unwind. What stood out the most was the sense of peace and privacy—the space is very well maintained, and privacy is given great importance, making it ideal for families and groups. The staff was caring and attentive, always ready to help and ensuring a comfortable stay.

1. All four Bedrooms have Airconditioning +Ceiling fans. The beds are good. Pillows+ Blankets are available. All four bedrooms have attached Bath +Toilet. One bedroom has attached terrace. Out of these, two bedrooms are on the ground floor. 2. The rooms, internal passage, Kitchen was clean. Windows are provided with fine mesh. 3. Refrigerator was working. For drinking water -Online RO Dispenser is available in the kitchen. 4. Soaps & Towels are available. Hot water was available. 5. Food was good and served with smile and in time. Food was tasty. We tried Veg & Non-veg food and were satisfied. 6. The location is good. In-between Panchgani & Mahabaleshwar. Not far away from the main road.

1. There is only one living room, one kitchen area and attached dining table with chairs. Instead of the second living room, we found a entry passage around the landing of the staircase, which can not be used for living / sitting, except for temporary baggage keeping area or transit area. 2. The living room doesn't have air-conditioning. There are two small wall mounted fans (one in the living room and another one near dining table) which can only recirculate the hot air. Spending time in the living room during day time is not comfortable due to heat. 3. Gangs of monkeys were seen occasionally moving around the villa. It's not known whether it is safe sitting out on the lawn with food. We avoided that. 4. The parking can accommodate only one car. The parking is not covered. During the day-time, the car is exposed to sun. We had to park our second vehicle outside the villa, along the road. 5. The swimming pool size is good and the top dirt is removed daily. However, on the pool floor, lots of fine waste + dust was accumulated as a thick layer. When the recirculation pump is started only the area around the inlets gets little disturbed and all the balance stuff remains in the pool. This gets disturbed when we walk in the water and then you get a pool full of dirty water. The only option is to come out within 5 minutes.

The villa was good. Spacious too.

All good but the swimming pool wasn’t clean .. so they have cleaned it before we arriving. The water coming from the villa taps were dirty. The guy asked us to wait till the next day for clean water. For the money they charged and the services were not great.
