The swimming pool and the food. Overall property is good. The google map location is not correct. You will surely need guidance to reach the location. Staff is good and helpful. They have to be told to clean the place after every usage or clear the utensils or clean the table etc., They are not proactive. Tea /Coffee was very sweet however after the feedback it was corrected. The food had to be followed up for every meal. Food is not prepared in the property, it was cooked outside and delivered, which was a bit of a hassle to coordinate. We were provided the flexibility to use the kitchen for some small cookings like making maggi or heat the milk etc., You will not get Uber or Ola cabs or auto because in Lonavla they are not allowed. You will need to depend on the local autos, they charged 300 rupees to the railway station which was 4 kms away from the property. Ofcourse this is too much money considering the distance. We have no option but to pay them.

The caretaker worst ever seen such kind of caretaker at first they said we cannot access the pool after 10pm we we said okay afterwards she said we cannot play songs outdoor after 10PM we said okay we were enjoying indoor and we were playing songs at very low volume then too she just disturbed us whole night shut off the speaker and go to sleep not just a single time just just came every 30 minutes and started saying shut off the speakers worst experience about caretakers and even though she disturbed us whole night and in the morning she was continuously asking for TIP and atlast we tipped her without our will
