Dimora Neapolis

Location was quite good, central to shopping areas and also to the lungomare where there were lots of restaurants. Staff were very friendly and great communication. Room was large, we had a family room, with 2 bathrooms and a little kitchen. It had everything you needed

It was quite bare and dark as there was only one window in one of the rooms. I prefer rooms and bathrooms with windows. The beds were very hard. For the price I would have expected a little more from this property. It needed more comfort and character, maybe because the rooms were so large they felt empty

Remarkable Hospitality and exceptional service at Dimora Neapoli! ​We had a fantastic experience at Dimora Neapoli, and we cannot recommend this place enough! ​The hotel is in a perfect central location, spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious with a very useful and neat kitchenette. The staff was incredibly available and attentive throughout our stay. ​But what truly sets this hotel apart is their incredible honesty and dedication to their guests. My daughter accidentally left her brand-new AirPods in our room. As soon as we contacted them, they quickly located them and offered immediate, genuine support to help get them back to us. ​When we found a fellow traveler via social media who agreed to bring them back to Israel, the staff went above and beyond: they personally contacted him, drove about 15 minutes to his hotel, and handed the AirPods over safely. They did all of this with kindness and unlimited patience, without asking for anything in return! ​This level of care and customer service is extremely rare. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location. Historical mansion, fully renovated, with lovely old, thick walls.

The free WiFi was there, but the available bandwidth allowed only to check text email---basically, it was not existent. The thick wall prevented the mobile from accessing the mobile network :-(.
