The view from the balcony, cleanliness
Location is going uphill not suited for the elderly. There is an elevator but there are 2 sets of steps additional to the elevator that cannot be avoided. Check out time is unusually early, 10 am, we had the manager call us before 10 am to make sure we were getting ready to be out by 10, I felt very pressured for no particular reason.

Breakfast came as a pleasant surprise, as it is not served at the property itself but at a local café on Piazza del Plebiscito. You receive a voucher for a cornetto and a coffee. If you enjoy a typical light Italian breakfast, without fruit or vegetables, it is a lovely place to start the day and soak up the authentic Neapolitan atmosphere.
We booked the room for one night for four adults. The only slight downside was that the beds had rather basic foam mattresses, which were not particularly comfortable.

Marco was an amazing host who really made our stay! We were late arriving due to lost luggage, but he was very welcoming when we arrived after midnight. The location of the apartment is perfect, and the breakfast option at a local Cafe was fantastic. Our bed was very comfortable, too. Lots of local shops, and very close to the famous walking street. A wonderful stay.
The bathroom has a decorative panel in the wall which makes bathroom noise privacy an issue if you are sharing with another couple.

Hotel is in the heart of the city. It is very easy to reach port and historical places.
We saw cockroaches in the toilet and also shower head wasn’t working.
