Emplacement idéal proche de l'Océan et de La Rochelle. L'appartement est très propre et au calme. La literie est parfaite dans la chambre et le canapé convient pour les jeunes ou les enfants. Il y a vraiment tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et le ménage.
Le chauffage était vraiment limite en cette fin décembre mais il faut penser à ouvrir les volets afin de rechauffer les pièces avec le soleil au mieux. Après nous n'avons pas osé déranger la conciergerie car c'était Noël mais ils avaient certainement de quoi dépanner en chauffage d'appoint.
